About The Position
Premium Oilfield Technologies is looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Helper to join our Midland team! As a Shop Helper, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily shop operations, helping our production teams stay on schedule, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and contributing to the quality of the work we deliver to our customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of general shop experience.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and related shop equipment.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to be a hands-on team player.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily shop operations and support production needs.
- Work alongside the team to help meet production goals and deadlines.
- Use basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow Premium’s safety and quality programs, company policies, and procedures.
- Support the team with other shop-related duties as assigned by management.
