We are searching for a Shop Helper to join our team at Northern Motors! This is a key support role that assists with day-to-day operations and keeps business running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and is driven by helping people and learning new things. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset is encouraged.
- Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
- Must have positive points on state driving record.
- Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
Nice To Haves
- CDL preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Run parts and assist with inventory.
- Provide hands on support to mechanics as needed.
- Assist in keeping work areas clean and maintain basic shop upkeep.
