About The Position
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Entry-Level Shop Helper to assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Mechanic inclination a plus but not required. This position includes shop cleaning, sweeping, mowing grass, basic maintenance duties, and helping with daily tasks as assigned. No experience is required — training will be provided. Must be within driving distance to our shop in Clemmons, NC.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- No prior experience required

Responsibilities
- Sweep, clean, and organize shop areas
- Take out trash and keep workspaces clean
- Mow grass and maintain outdoor property areas
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Help supervisors and coworkers with daily operations
- Perform general labor and other duties as assigned
