About The Position

This is a great opportunity for the first step toward a long-term career in the Trades. As a Shop Helper you will play an integral role with performing minor repairs and servicing all equipment, plus assisting technicians in performing repairs as directed by the Service Supervisor. Other responsibilities include ensuring shop tools are properly stored, ensuring that the shop is clean and neat at all times, and maintaining (washing) equipment as required. The role allows you the ability to gain exposure to the heavy equipment industry from the ground up. This position truly stands out due to the Career Potential! You will have the opportunity to grow into our Apprenticeship Program, with pathways to becoming either a Parts Person or Heavy Equipment Technician. This is the perfect chance to learn, build hands-on skills, and invest in a rewarding future that is backed by training and mentorship.

Willingness to work occasional overtime
