About The Position
Temp Smart Trades is looking for a dependable Shop Helper to join a busy metal manufacturing team! This is a day shift position working Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 10-hour shifts on a 4-day work week. The pay rate is $17–$20/hr DOE.
Requirements
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction or shop experience preferred
- Mechanically inclined & comfortable with tools
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Able to perform physical, hands-on work
Responsibilities
- Assist with general shop & production tasks
- Move and stage materials and parts
- Use basic hand & power tools
- Help with grinding, deburring & part preparation
- Keep work areas clean, organized & safe
