Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Shop Helper, you will play a crucial role in keeping our Service Department running smoothly. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
General mechanical knowledge or aptitude required
Valid driver’s license required
CDL required, or ability to obtain
Ability to drive a forklift
A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

Maintaining a consistently clean environment in the shop, ensuring it meets our high standards and reflects our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operation.
Facilitating the swift and efficient delivery of parts to shop technicians, directly contributing to our ability to honor commitments to timely service.
Interacting with customers in a manner that is diplomatic and courteous, fostering positive experiences that build loyalty and satisfaction.
Assisting in tasks that increase technician proficiency and efficiency, thereby enhancing the overall service experience for our customers.
Actively participating in learning opportunities, showing a commitment to personal and professional development.
Learning through hands-on experience by helping other technicians, embodying our value of continuous growth and improvement.
Taking initiative to pull trucks into and out of the shop as directed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success in various capacities.
Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.
