Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving shop assemblies and preparing products for timely shipments
- Pull, organize, and stage materials and orders to support shop technicians and upcoming work
- Help improve shop efficiency by supporting technicians with tasks that keep projects moving forward
- Prepare and organize work areas, materials, and equipment to ensure orders are completed on time
- Secure valves and equipment in crates and strap materials to pallets following established packing procedures
- Help ensure products are shipped safely and arrive at customer sites in excellent condition
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and warehouse environment
- Learn alongside experienced shop technicians while developing valuable mechanical and technical skills
- Support daily operations and contribute to a team focused on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
