About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting workshop operations, including preparing tools and materials, organizing components, assisting with testing, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and offers opportunities for individuals with 0-1 year of workshop experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Read, Write, and Speak English.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.

Nice To Haves

• Technical training in Mechanical or Instrumentation.
• 0–1 year workshop experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily tasks.
• Organize fittings, connectors, and small components.
• Label and tag parts as instructed.
• Support inventory control and material tracking.
• Assist in basic leak and pressure test setups.
• Help measuring and cut capillary tubing.
• Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the workshop.
• Report unsafe conditions or damaged tools.
• Comply with company quality standards and procedures.
