About The Position
The Building People, LLC seeks a Shop Foreman to lead skilled-trade operations and supervise technical staff supporting the AFRL Aerospace Systems Directorate (RQ).
Responsibilities
- Partner with government leadership and Facility Managers to schedule workload, materials procurement, and subcontractor services.
- Supervise skilled-trade technicians, including electrical, carpentry, and plumbing staff, supporting RQ facility and laboratory operations.
- Perform work order cost analysis and initiate and authorize purchase orders.
