About The Position
We’re looking for a Shop Foreman to lead our high volume service department! This is an immediate opening for an experienced technician eager to advance into a leadership role. If you are the person others naturally go to when they need help solving a problem and are ready to put down the wrench and use your car knowledge in a new way, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
- Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow
- Follow our processes and hold the team accountable to them
- Provide ongoing training to service department personnel
- Evaluate performance, recognize accomplishments, and hold 1-on-1 meetings with team members
- Motivate and encourage service staff members to reach their full potential
- Maintain above average customer service scores for the department
- Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Retain current service customers and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments in the dealership to accomplish common goals
- Other duties as required
