About The Position

We are looking for a Dock Manager to come join the 4Wall team! While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for providing coordination, supervision, planning, and support for the Dock, Drivers and Check-in Department. This role requires excellent organizational skills that ensure our team members are providing the very best customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience with loading docks, scheduling pick up/drop offs, and warehouse operations.
• Understanding and knowledge of theatrical lighting, staging, rigging, and entertainment equipment.
• Knowledge of basic operations, including security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Some experience managing drivers and warehouse employees.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to direct, coach, mentor, and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Providing coordination, supervision, planning, and support for the Dock, Drivers and Check-in Department.
• Ensuring team members are providing the very best customer service.
