About The Position

Drive N-Motion in Thornton, CO is looking to hire a full-time Shop Foreman to oversee a service department responsible for reconditioning hundreds of cars per month. This auto repair position earns a competitive wage up to $45.00/hour. Requirements

5+ years of auto repair experience
Mentorship mindset with history of leading a larger team
ASE certification
Valid driver's license
Excellent problem-solving skills
Extremely observant and detail-oriented
Ability to work well both independently and with a team
Strong communication skills
Goal-oriented and motivated to always do a great job

Responsibilities

Oversee a service department responsible for reconditioning hundreds of cars per month.
Diagnose problems with customers' cars and complete thorough repairs.
Perform general maintenance to complex engine services.
Listen to customer complaints and use a variety of diagnostic tools to find any current or potential issues.
Catch minor issues and resolve them before they become major catastrophes.
Ensure vehicles are safe and drivable before returning them to the client.
Complete a wide range of repairs and get customers' cars back on the road.
