What we are looking for: indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Shop Foreman to join our Jaguar Land Rover Rancho Mirage team. Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new shop employees in partnership with management. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure continuous development and adherence to company standards. Plan, assign, and oversee daily workflow, ensuring proper distribution of repair orders based on skill level and workload. Monitor technician productivity, proficiency, and efficiency; address performance concerns in a timely and professional manner. Partner with Service Advisors and management to ensure accurate repair order flow, proper diagnostics, and timely completion of work. Perform quality control inspections on completed work to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company expectations. Assist technicians with complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within established timelines. Maintain compliance with all company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety regulations. Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and organized shop environment. Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner, supporting a high level of customer satisfaction. Oversee proper use, maintenance, and care of shop equipment and tools; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Monitor and maintain adequate levels of shop supplies and materials. Support emergency response efforts and ensure proper handling of any safety-related incidents.
