We’re a high-precision machine shop making parts for semiconductor, medical devices, and advanced tech hardware. Our tolerances are measured in microns, our equipment is top-of-the-line, and our team is passionate about quality craftsmanship. You clock in and head to the shop floor — it’s bright, organized, and filled with the hum of CNC machines at work. The first order of business: fill coolant tanks, check machine oil levels, and clear away metal chips from yesterday’s runs. These are the small daily rituals that keep million-dollar machines running at their best. With the machines ready, you help prep raw materials for the next jobs, label and deliver stock, and assist machinists as they set up precision runs. Later, you unload freshly machined parts, clean them, and inspect dimensions with calipers or micrometers (we’ll train you). By afternoon, a machinist calls you over to watch a new program run — you load a part, press cycle start, and see the cutter trace its path with incredible precision. Each day you pick up more skills — from blueprint reading to machine operation — all while getting paid to learn.
