About The Position

As a Lead Esthetician at Heyday, you serve as a coach, imparting Heyday standards, industry knowledge, and treatment room techniques. You collaborate closely with Shop Leadership to recruit and train new top Estheticians. Lead Estheticians are key leaders within their shops, responsible for ensuring quality and consistency, and training all team members on products, enhancements, and protocols. Heyday aims to simplify skincare, helping clients achieve their healthiest skin through personalized facial treatments, expert esthetician guidance, and effective products. With numerous locations nationwide, Heyday has been recognized as "Best Facial" by New York Magazine and has performed over 500,000 facials, collecting valuable skincare data. Requirements

Valid Esthetics License with at least two years of experience
Ability to build trust and relationships.
Results-oriented.
Experience coaching and providing feedback to individuals and in a group setting
Ability to balance and progress multiple priorities.
Passionate about helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

Assist in hosting and setting up recruiting events, including career fairs and school demos.
Manage candidate pipeline and schedule interviews and practicals
Schedule and conduct new-hire esthetician training
On-going training and coaching with ST’s
Train hosts, estheticians, and managers on product benefits and usage.
Ensure clients receive product education.
Spearhead product and enhancement launches
Monitor Esthetician retail performance and product performance
