The Shop & Field Operations Coordinator is a hands-on, shop-focused position responsible for coordinating, fabricating, and supporting the production and service of conveyor belting, hydraulic hoses, industrial rubber products, and related customer projects. While this role includes project coordination, scheduling, and communication with customers and internal teams, the majority of the position is spent working in the shop alongside technicians. Approximately 75–80% of the job is performed in the shop environment, assisting with production, fabrication, inventory, and customer orders involving both lightweight and heavyweight conveyor belting, hydraulic hose assembly, and industrial rubber products. The remaining time is dedicated to project coordination, customer communication, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys being active, solving problems, working with their hands, and helping keep shop operations running efficiently.
