Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Shop Coordinator to join our team in Midland, TX.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one to three years' experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop operations, control and monitor progress.
• Responsible for maintaining acceptable shop conditions.
• Train and mentor shop personnel.
• Recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
• Ensure that correct shop operations are maintained.
• Coordinate the daily activities of operations personnel as directed.
• Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.
