About The Position

This position is responsible for processing all guest and patron reservations at the Pro Shop. The role involves creating and processing Tee Times for all patrons, coordinating Tee Times with the Starter, and assisting customers and professional staff in golf shop merchandise sales. Secondary duties include handling incoming phone calls, assisting patrons in the Golf Pro Shop, and assisting with tournament play as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience at a golf course
• A working knowledge of the game of golf
• A valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of the JOANAS Golf Management System
• Working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the game of golf
