About The Position

This position is responsible for processing all guest and patron reservations at the Pro Shop.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience at a golf course
• A working knowledge of the game of golf
• A valid Driver’s License
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Working knowledge of the JOANAS Golf Management System
• Working knowledge of the rules and regulations of the game of golf
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Creates and processes Tee Times for all patrons
• Coordinates Tee Times with the Starter
• Assists customers and professional staff in golf shop merchandise sales
• Handles incoming phone calls
• Assists patrons in the Golf Pro Shop
• Assists with tournament play, as needed
