About The Position

The Shop Clerk supports the daily operations of the plumbing and HVAC shop by helping receive, organize, track, and distribute materials, tools, parts, and equipment. This position plays an important role in keeping technicians, installers, and project teams properly supplied and prepared for daily work. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn the plumbing and HVAC trade supply environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to learn inventory, purchasing, and dispatch/ERP software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to take direction.
• Ability to learn plumbing materials, parts, and supply processes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of warehouse, inventory, purchasing, shipping/receiving, or construction support experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, distribution, or skilled trades environment preferred but not required.
