Requirements

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
A solid work ethic and willingness to help where needed
Reliable references that reflect professionalism and dependability
A valid driver’s license
Comfort working in a modern shop environment that includes EVs, high‑tech equipment, and environmentally conscious cleaning standards (training provided)

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain the facility, including shop floors, tools, and equipment
Support the exterior appearance of the building and surrounding areas
Assist with general shop errands and tasks as needed
Contribute to a safe, orderly, and productive work environment
Support sustainability‑focused shop practices, such as proper recycling, waste sorting, and material handling
