About The Position

The Shop Associate will be responsible for assembling doors using various machinery, power tools, and hand tools according to specifications and blueprints. This includes cutting, shaping, and trimming wood, as well as preparing, inspecting, and adjusting materials to meet quality standards. The role requires safe operation of tools, accurate record-keeping, collaboration to achieve production goals, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months experience using woodworking machinery, pneumatic and power tools, and hand tools such as various saws, wrenches, drill, hammer, etc.
  • Perform heavy physical demands, lifting 50lbs. frequently.
  • Proven work history of being dependable and attentive to details.
  • Experience effectively working in a team-centered, fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to safety and professionalism (pre-employment physical and drug test required).

Nice To Haves

  • 1-year experience in a manufacturing or production environment or similar transferable industry.
