Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings and instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience, preferably in the agriculture or machinery sector.
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery components.
  • Certification in safety training or equipment handling.
  • Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to assemble agricultural machinery components accurately.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to fit and secure parts according to specifications.
  • Inspect assembled parts for defects or deviations and report any issues to supervisors for corrective action.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and adhere to quality standards.
