Perform various administrative duties to process shop invoices and maintain shop inventory in an efficient and professional manner. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills required.
  • Organization and data entry skills.
  • Proficient with M5 and Google business applications.
  • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

  • Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles.
  • Maintain shop inventory.
  • Process all repair orders in a timely manner.
  • Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock.
  • Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
