Responsibilities

Help customers understand the benefits of different brands and fit technologies, ensuring they leave confident in their purchase.
Build knowledge of footwear brands, construction, and fit technologies, staying current on new products, seasonal styles, and best sellers.
Make thoughtful recommendations that solve customer needs and help customers discover products that enhance comfort and long-term foot health.
Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Help maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Support merchandising, inventory, and other daily store responsibilities.
