About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, building relationships, assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. The role supports sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. The Sales Associate promotes a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly position. The role includes customer service and selling, transaction processing, maintaining sales-floor presentation and cleanliness, replenishing stock, and supporting store operations. The associate follows asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols. Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk minimization in the designated area.
