Nice To Haves

High school diploma, or general education degree (GED), preferred
1-3 months of related retail/sales experience, preferred

Responsibilities

Effectively retrieve shoes from backstocks and transport them to the staging area for sales associates
Process unpurchased items and customer returns back to their correct locations while maintaining an organized work environment to ensure inventory accuracy
Assist in Men’s, Women’s and Youth shoe departments as needed
Proactively engage customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor and offer immediate assistance
Ensure all necessary technology and devices are prepped and functional prior to the start of each shift
Partner closely with Specialty Shop Managers to identify and address urgent department needs
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly to customers and team members
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across all levers of the organization
The ability to perform basic calculations
Ability to work assigned schedule, which may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Perform all other duties as assigned by the leadership team
