Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma, or general education degree (GED), preferred
  • 1-3 months of related retail/sales experience, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Effectively retrieve shoes from backstocks and transport them to the staging area for sales associates
  • Process unpurchased items and customer returns back to their correct locations while maintaining an organized work environment to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Assist in Men’s, Women’s and Youth shoe departments as needed
  • Proactively engage customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor and offer immediate assistance
  • Ensure all necessary technology and devices are prepped and functional prior to the start of each shift
  • Partner closely with Specialty Shop Managers to identify and address urgent department needs
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the leadership team
