Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Shipside Operational Specialist to join the team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st shift. Requirements
- 2+ years Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
- 1+ years of experience with Velocity and other 787 production applications
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
Nice To Haves
- Proficient in eTrac, REDARS, Velocity, SAT and BAC specifications
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Provides limited feedback on assessment results
- Support the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
- Works under general supervision
