About The Position

As the Shipping Technician for Yancey Engineered Solutions, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound freight. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, operating a spider crane, and loading large generator packages. The position requires working in extreme weather conditions and participating in the required safety program while working safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound freight.
• Load and unload machines and attachments from lowboy trailers.
• Verify that all freight is received undamaged and is correct.
• Operate a spider crane and load large generator packages.
• Participate in the required safety program and work in a safe manner.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
