At Thorne, our distribution team ensures every order leaves our facility accurately, safely, and on time. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that values accuracy and consistency, this could be a great long-term opportunity. We are hiring two different shifts: B Shift: Wednesday- Saturday 6am - 4:30pm at $17.50/hr C Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 6am - 4:30pm at $17.50/hr Note each shift does include an additional flex day if overtime is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to distinguish between hundreds of product codes and lot numbers
- Basic math skills and ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and accept feedback
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in shipping, warehousing, or distribution is helpful but not required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy
- Verifying product codes, lot numbers, and shipping details
- Following SOPs and cGMPs to ensure quality and compliance
- Completing shipping paperwork carefully and correctly
- Rotating between shipping tasks as assigned once trained
- Working independently while staying connected to your team
- Shifts may include overtime during peak periods based on business needs
