About The Position

The Shipping Technician ensures accurate and efficient handling of outbound shipments by picking items according to tickets, packing them to company standards, and applying shipping labels using designated software. This role supports smooth operations by maintaining documentation and following established SOPs and safety guidelines. The position is in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled warehouse environment designed for comfort and efficiency. The shift for this role is 10 am - 7 pm, with availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods. The attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy from this role will help maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring orders are packed correctly and shipped on time, directly contributing to reducing errors, improving delivery timelines, and supporting the overall success of the fulfillment team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or related environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
• Knowledge of packing and protection techniques.
• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic proficiency with WMS/MIS systems and shipping software.
• Commitment to safety and organized work practices.

Responsibilities

• Pick items per ticket and update warehouse system accurately.
• Pack apparel and fragile items to company standards and monitor packing supplies.
• Apply shipping labels and operate shipper software under guidance.
• Consolidate parts into complete orders and verify QR codes for accuracy.
• Escalate discrepancies promptly and maintain proper documentation.
• Communicate clearly with team members and follow all SOPs and safety practices.
