About The Position

This position is based at our Hodges, SC location. Hourly Rate starting at $18.00 and $1.00 shift premium. Manage shipment process for final products shipped to external customers and prepare assemblies for shipment or storage, as appropriate. Analyze premium freight to maintain accurate amounts of PF costs. Execute all daily close out tasks for all outgoing shipments. Assist other associates in shipping with material handling, storeroom, receiving and shipping associates with crating, and boxing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship
• 6 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• 6 months of experience operating a powered industrial vehicle (e.g., forklift)
• 6 months of experience using hand and air tools
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with team members
• Ensure shipping components meet quality standards
• Being flexible and open to changes in processes or tasks
• Able to work independently with minimum direction
