Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced distribution environment with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in basic computer skills, warehouse systems, and power industrial equipment
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.
• Maintains confidentiality, demonstrates attention to detail
• Flexible to work different shifts or overtime with minimal notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead communicates and direct distribution associates through daily activities focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Perform process audits to ensure compliance to documented procedures.
• Hands-on participation requiring high level of floor presence to direct the flow of daily activities and the timely movement of associates to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness throughout the operation.
• Capture daily performance activity for determining effective methods to increase performance.
• Monitor system and communication with internal/external customers to ensure work in being completed timely.
• Attend and assist with “Pre-Shift” meeting to share information, discuss safety, quality, daily plans, and staffing needs.
• Provide feedback and input to supervisor regarding associate’s performance, behavior, and attendance.
• Follow all safety guidelines and always use appropriate PPE.
• Other duties as requested by management.
