About The Position
The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Supervisor will be expected to work alongside their employees, leading by example. This person will oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations to ensure the following: accurate order fulfillment, timely shipments, efficient receiving processes, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role leads a team of approximately ten warehouse associates at two separate facilities. They will work with a dedicated logistics team to coordinate logistical activities, and support continuous improvements within the facility.
