Requirements
- 3+ years Leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Prior shipping and/or logistics experience
- Experience in steelmaking and/or manufacturing
- Four-year college degree and/or other education, training or certifications demonstrating growth and personal development
Responsibilities
- Leading the shipping team in planning, strategy and executing operations and maintenance
- Drive training, growth and development of team members
- Facilitate continuous improvement in productivity and cost performance
- Coordinate operations with other departments
- Assist shift and other day supervision as well as all team members in the area
- Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
