Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in an office or warehouse environment, with general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to meet physical demands including lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally), pushing/pulling, and frequent standing, walking, and typing.
  • Comfortable working in varied environments (office, noisy, dusty, hot/cold) with a strong commitment to safety and flexibility for occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all shipping and logistics operations, including carrier check-in/out, scheduling, and customer communications.
  • Manage shipping documentation and processes such as pick tickets, ASN tickets, transfer orders, and shipping logs.
  • Oversee inventory control activities, including reconciliation, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and pallet program management.
  • Support overall operations by maintaining reports/files, handling daily FedEx shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards.
