About The Position

We’re looking for a Shipping Specialist to play a key role in keeping our operations moving by ensuring products are accurately prepared, documented, and shipped to customers and partners on time. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in getting the details right. You’ll work closely with internal teams to coordinate shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure every order is handled efficiently from preparation through delivery.

About the Role
· Packages and ships products and outbound freight accurately and efficiently.
· Audits orders and shipping quantities to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
· Assists in identifying and resolving order and shipping discrepancies.
· Assembles packaging materials and packages merchandise in preparation for shipment.
· Maintains an accurate inventory of packing materials and orders supplies as needed.
· Coordinates with carriers to schedule timely pickup of goods.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years’ experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field required.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Ability to package and ship products and outbound freight safely and efficiently.
• Ability to audit orders and shipping quantities and identify discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple shipments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers.
• Experience coordinating carrier pickups and preparing shipments for transportation.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory of packaging and shipping materials.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping, inventory, and ERP (NetSuite) systems.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required by the position.
