Shipping Shuttle Driver - 2nd Shift
About The Position
This position at Pilgrim's requires a dependable and self-motivated individual willing to work in various areas and assignments as needed. The role involves working weekends and nights, performing moderate to heavy lifting (up to 70lbs), and accurately reading customer orders with basic math skills. The driver will work in environments with extreme cold and heat, including outdoor areas. Communication skills in English (speaking and writing) are necessary. The role also requires operating a forklift and pallet jack, as well as a shuttle truck. A valid Texas Driver's License, a clean driving background check, and successful completion of Pilgrim's Smith Safety Training are mandatory. A CLASS A CDL and 6 months of truck with trailer driving experience are also required.
Requirements

- Must be able to read customer orders accurately and have basic math skills.
- Must be able to work in both extreme cold and extreme hot areas (outside work areas).
- Must be able to speak and write English.
- Must be able to operate forklift and pallet jack.
- Must be able to operate shuttle truck.
- Must have valid Texas Driver’s License & pass driving background check.
- Must successfully complete Pilgrim’s Smith Safety Training.
- Must have a CLASS A CDL.
- Must have 6 months’ truck with trailer driving experience.
