This individual will support the Parts, Service and Sales departments with shipping, receiving, and pulling of parts in the warehouse. They will also work effectively and efficiently to properly maintain parts inventory counts. The role involves responding to customer needs in the procurement, ordering, shipping, and receiving of inventory, shipping and receiving parts, and recording all incoming parts, components, and assemblies into inventory. Additionally, the position requires pulling and staging parts for work orders, stocking shelves, organizing parts locations, and communicating with other branches on parts transfers. The role may also involve running parts/service/sales tasks as needed, building knowledge of product lines and service standards, maintaining positive working relationships, keeping the warehouse clean and orderly, preparing parts for shipment, scheduling carrier pick-ups, operating a forklift in close quarters for loading/unloading, and entering accurate information into the computerized inventory system. Ability to work with minimal supervision is required, along with performing other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
