Fuel your passion The Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and communications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have a minimum of 1 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
Have a proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
Have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to lift and move heavy objects as required.
Have a knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.

Responsibilities

Preparing and labelling outgoing shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
Opening boxes, verifying and receiving materials in SAP, and put a storing warehouse.
Coordinating with planners and global logistic teams to ensure operational excellence is maintained.
Scheduling shipments and/or obtaining electronic export approval from Customer and Border Protection thru Automated Export System (ACE).
Interacting with customs brokers to ensure on time custom clearance and delivery to site.
Implementing and adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Loading, unloading, moving and staging product and materials using a forklift and other power equipment, must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Proactively maintaining an organized warehouse and staging areas to support safe and efficient operations.
Working in fast paced and noisy environment with constant movement while performing the duties of this job.
