We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to assist warehouse management in all areas of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, material handling, and organization, while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities
- Pick and stage orders for shipment
- Separate and prepare materials for shipment
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks
- Receive and unload incoming shipments
- Verify deliveries; document shortages or damage and obtain driver acknowledgment
- Complete receiving documentation and system updates
- Track, trace, and update shipment status
- Stock and stage received materials
- Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipping issues or customer concerns
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe shipping and receiving areas
- Safely organize pallets and support materials
- Communicate warehouse issues to leadership
- Maintain accurate system records
- Coordinate with logistics providers, customer service, and internal teams
- Assist drivers with deliveries as needed (CDL required if driving)
- Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Support company initiatives and work overtime as required
