Shipping/Receiving Team Member - Gainesville
About The Position
The Shipping and Receiving Team Member will interact with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting, providing outstanding service. This role involves receiving newly donated items, sorting and shipping recyclable items to support sustainability efforts, and unloading trailers safely and efficiently. The dock team works together to care for donated items and provide excellent treasures for customers, whether shipping items to the wholesale team or separating recyclables. This position combines a passion for customers and community service.
Requirements

- Organized and able to keep the work area neat and presentable
- At least 18 years old
Responsibilities
- Interact with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting; provide outstanding service to all donors
- Receive newly donated items from our Donations team
- Sort and ship recyclable items
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in the heat, the cold and in wet weather conditions
- Unload trailers in a safe and efficient manner
