About The Position
Temp Staff Management Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. This role supports warehouse operations by picking, inspecting, packing, and preparing clothing items for shipment. The position is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, maintaining product quality, and meeting daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish.
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
Nice To Haves
- Education or coursework in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily shipping activities and staff
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments
- Verify shipping documents, labels, and inventory records
- Coordinate with warehouse, receiving, and customer service teams
- Monitor shipping schedules and resolve delays or issues
