About The Position

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned production operations within the manufacturing facility to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, on time, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role is designed to be cross-functional and may be assigned to supervise multiple production areas based on business needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• One year experience in any production area or graphic arts trade.
• Ability to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to learn computer applications as necessary for the position.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions, work procedures and other related materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong customer service skills.
• Must communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and delegate daily work assignments.
• Directly supervise assigned production functions.
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure quality standards and address non-conforming products.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and housekeeping standards.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Complete performance evaluations and corrective action.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Communicate production performance and issues to management.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Support new equipment and implementation process.
• All other duties as assigned.
