We are currently looking for entry level Shipping, Receiving, & Storeroom Technicians to join our warehouse distribution and customer fulfillment center team in Wilmer, TX located 25 miles south of Dallas, TX. Shipping, Receiving, & Storeroom Technicians are hired as members of a work team responsible for inventory management of parts and materials across the site and maintaining accurate records in our electronic systems. This team will be responsible for the efficient flow of parts & materials to our automation lines to ensure the business is able to keep products flowing to our customers, on time. Our Shipping, Receiving, & Storeroom Technicians will develop and demonstrate skills in inventory management, automation technology, sufficiency planning for maintenance work, controlling processes from a computer, and maintaining accurate records and data. From the beginning, you will be getting involved, impacting situations, and influencing business-related problems. We hire you at entry level and you advance by demonstrating growing levels of various skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to use computerized administration systems (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Inventory Management Systems)
  • Maintaining accurate records and data
  • Strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to own technical systems and processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Experience operating manufacturing or material handling equipment
  • Strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Experience in Warehouse, Distribution Center, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Quality Assurance
  • Fluency in working on a computer and with Microsoft Office applications
  • Warehouse management systems such as JDA or SAP
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast moving environment
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Able to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
  • Be willing to work rotating shifts

  • Prior experience is preferred but not required.
