About The Position

River Valley Power & Sport is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support our Red Wing North Store and Marine Center. This is a hands-on role that keeps our dealership running by ensuring parts, accessories, inventory, and vehicles move efficiently between departments, vendors, and customers. Whether your background is in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, distribution, parts, manufacturing, automotive, powersports, RV, agriculture, or heavy equipment, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

Previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, or distribution preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors throughout Minnesota's seasons
Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to jump in wherever needed
Passion for powersports, motorsports, boating, or the outdoor lifestyle
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and freight
Package and ship parts and products to customers and vendors
Coordinate inventory transfers between our Red Wing locations
Load, unload, and organize parts, accessories, boats, and powersports units
Deliver inventory to the Sales, Parts, and Service departments
Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
