Requirements

  • Forklift certification required, or the ability to obtain certification.
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills.
  • Lift, move, adjust, push, pull, and carry objects up to 75 lbs. to waist height without assistance.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Report to work on time and clock in/out at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Adhere to all company safety, environmental, quality, and personnel policies.
  • Maintain all documentation in a clean, accurate, and legible condition.
  • Sign off on Work Orders, Router Forms, and any other documentation required by Benoit SOPs.
  • Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with established handling procedures.
  • Coordinate with other Shipping & Receiving personnel to ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded according to schedule.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required.
  • Accurately measure, tally, and document tubing lengths prior to shipment.
  • Package finished goods for shipment in accordance with Benoit SOPs.
  • Maintain yard areas and storage racks in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Ensure company products conform to all applicable requirements and specifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
