About The Position

Rockland is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Operator (also referred to as a Material Handler) to help produce construction equipment attachments at its Bedford facility. The role supports production by shipping, receiving, and moving parts to storage bays and other designated locations throughout the plant, helping maintain product flow.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Ability to operate large forklifts or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute parts and materials to designated locations at the right time.
• Operate forklifts and other lift/load equipment to move parts or finished products.
• Receive, distribute, and store products.
• Prepare and maintain receiving and shipping records.
• Review shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Load and unload materials being received or shipped.
• Band and load LTL trucks and some flatbeds.
