About The Position
This role involves managing the receiving and shipping of materials. Key responsibilities include obtaining merchandise from racks, wrapping and packing it for shipment, and verifying incoming orders against documentation. The position also requires moving goods using a forklift, recording receipt and condition of contents, and distributing information to appropriate departments. Additional duties may include material handling, driving a box truck, and performing tasks between the plant and warehouse.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer and SAP experience.
- Forklift License.
- Ability to perform inventory on raw material and/or rubber/plastics.

- Experience in a rubber or plastics related field.
Responsibilities
- Obtain merchandise from racks, wrap it, and pack in shipping containers.
- Check goods and make sure they are ready for shipping.
- Move goods from stock to shipping docks using Forklift.
- Determine if incoming orders have been correctly filled by verifying shipments against the accompanying bill of lading or invoice.
- Record the receipt and condition of its contents.
- Move receipts to the proper hold area for inspection and perspective storage racks.
- Distribute all the data to the appropriate departments.
- Responsible for all accompanying bills / paperwork associated with proper departments when receiving shipment.
- Record receipts in SAP system.
- Material handling.
- Driving the box truck.
- Moving back and forth between the plant and warehouse to perform duties.
