About The Position

CFX Products is hiring for our CFX North operation in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. We are open to both English and Spanish Speaking Applicants. This position is based on-site at our Hazle Township facility and supports production operations at that location. The main objective of this role is to lead and oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions to ensure accurate, timely, and quality-driven flow of materials and finished goods. This role supports production efficiency and customer satisfaction by maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring shipment integrity, and driving continuous improvement across logistics operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2–4+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
  • Strong working knowledge of packaging, logistics, and inventory best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or Lead experience preferred
  • Experience in millwork, manufacturing, or wood products environment preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems (Infor Visual preferred)
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities including order fulfillment, material intake, packaging, crating, and outbound logistics to meet production schedules and customer delivery expectations.
  • Verify all inbound and outbound materials for quantity and quality, ensuring alignment with purchase orders, packing lists, and customer requirements; document and photograph shipments prior to release.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems; implement and sustain Kanban processes to ensure proper stock levels, minimize shortages, and support production flow.
  • Partner with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure alignment on material needs, delivery timelines, and inventory requirements.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to shipping/receiving personnel; reinforce accountability, teamwork, and adherence to company standards and KPIs.
  • Organize stockroom and staging areas; ensure efficient material placement, accessibility, and traceability throughout the facility.
  • Enforce all safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards in alignment with the CFX Team Member Manual.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in packaging, inventory management, and logistics workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste or damage.
  • Assist in cycle counts, monthly and annual inventory audits, and reporting to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.
  • Required to follow all company Safety Rules and Procedures. (including but not limited to PPE)
  • Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule provided by the manager as well as the Team Member Handbook.
  • Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Other duties as assigned.
